The Honorable Amy J St Eve, U.S. District Court Judge, presides over the evidentiary hearing on January 7, 2008 in Chicago to decide the question of whether the Orthodox Baha'is and also the BPUPC (the organization headed by Neal Chase) are in legal "privity" with the defunct NSA under the Hereditary Guardianship. The Wilmette sans-Guardian NSA has filed a contempt motion saying that the 1966 Judgment against the defunct NSA (Mason Remey's organization) is binding upon the Orthodox Baha'is and the BPUPC.
